Arrival declarations/notifications and declarations/notifications to DK from other EU member states submitted to Manifest between 0800-1100 AM will be received, but processed final may be delayed due to the PRD-servicewindow.

Import

If you need to release goods arriving between 0800-1100 AM, it may be done by manual release in Import e.g. via the menu Navigate > Transport > Insert actual arrival. However, this only applies to goods that are customs processed in Import.

As of April 9, 2024 at approx. 1810, some Carriers receiving declaration from other EU member states, that need to be closed in Denmark, must submit the arrival notification in DMS Export and DMS Forsendelse. The Danish Customs Agency has previously announced that the transition time was at 2200.
