The Customs Agency continues to provide extended service with phone opening hours at 72 22 12 12 until 9:00 PM.

We are working hard to resolve the issues and are experiencing some progress. However, we unfortunately cannot yet say when the problems will be resolved.

Status at 8:00 PM:
We are working hard to restart our systems, and some of them are running again after Friday's crash. As it stands, however, we do not expect to have DMS System-to-System up and running today. This is particularly affecting large exporters. We will be increasing staffing at our customs offices from early Monday morning, and we continue to encourage you to contact your local customs office with questions about specific import, export or shipment cases. Our telephone support is open from 8:00 AM for technical questions and from 9:00 AM for general questions.

The Danish Customs Agency’s IT systems have been affected by IT problems across the Tax Administration. The problems have affected systems for Import and DMS Import, DMS Export and DMS Forsendelse (Transit) as well as our ability to communicate internally and externally. We are in the process of restarting the systems. We expect extended response times while we are testing and subsequently when queues are being cleared.
DMS Import, DMS Export and DMS Forsendelse (Transit) is currently not available for file transfers through AS4 Gateway.
The online solutions in DMS are available.
Import Classic is available for file transfers through Told Gateway.
Due to the special situation, we are open for telephone inquiries on Saturday until 9 pm and again on Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm.
