There is currently technical issues with downloading EAD/TAD in DMS Online and System-to-system.

Update at 12-03-2025 13:00: in a few cases, the "Office copy" on EAD print may still appear, it has been reported and updated in the incident, the case is currently under investigation.

Update at 12-03-2025 11:45: It should be possible once again to print EAD/TAD.

Update at 04-02-2025 at 21:00: Status unchanged.

The issue occurs sporadically and not all declarations are affected.

In DMS Export, it is still possible to print the declaration using the "PDF" function next to the "Download EAD" button.
