We are currently experiencing issues with nemlog-in. Which may cause the systems to be inaccessible. 

The issue is being investigated.

Both creating and searching for existing declarations are affected.

System-to-system is experiencing issues with sending and recieving messages.

Both issues are under investigation.

You may only use the emergency procedure during the service window if absolutely necessary. For example, in the case of perishable goods. You must contact the relevant customs office if you need to use the emergency procedure.

Manifest

Arrival declarations/notifications and declarations/notifications to DK from other EU member states submitted to Manifest will be received, but processed final may be delayed due to the PRD-servicewindow.

Import

Import is available. Please refer to a Customs Office, if you need to register actual time of arrival during the service window.
