Import/Manifest

• Files sent to Import will be processed when the service window has passed.
• Files sent to Manifest will fail/be rejected during the service window.

• The online systems for Import will be unavailable during the service window.

You may only use the emergency procedure during the service window if absolutely necessary. For example, in the case of perishable goods. You must contact the relevant customs office if you need to use the emergency procedure.

Due to the PRD-servicewindow, the connection between DMS Import/DMS Export and Manifest is closed. Submission of arrival declarations/notifications and declarations/notifications from other EU member states to Manifest are not recommended during the PRD-servicewindow. Submission of arrival declarations/notifications and declarations/notifications from other EU member states to DMS Import/DMS Export are not affected.
