Update 26/07-2024 at 8:35: We are currently working on resolving the issue and fall back procedure is allowed if necessarry.

Update at 11:45 : The problem solved. There is no longer permission for fall back procedure and ongoing fall back procedure please end.

There is currently issues with the FTPS/File transfer for the classic-systems Import Classic, NCTS Classic and possible Manifest.

We are currently working on resolving the issue and fall back procedure is allowed if necessarry.

The problem has been found and the queue is being resolved.

There has been internal operational issues last night.

We are aware of the issue and it is being investigated.

Its currently only affecting file transfer.

Fall back procedure is allowed where necessary. Do note that Online is not affected.

Affected entries need to be resubmitted after the service window.

The use of fallback procedure is allowed within the service window.

Manifest

Arrival declarations/notifications and declarations/notifications to DK from other EU member states submitted to Manifest will be received, but processed final may be delayed due to the PRD-servicewindow.

Import

If you need to release goods arriving during the service window, it may be done by manual release in Import e.g. via the menu Navigate > Transport > Insert actual arrival. However, this only applies to goods that are customs processed in Import.
