There are currently issues with EORI validation - it may affect several of the customs systems.

Updated at 11:48 a.m. This issue is resolved. Declarations with EORI validation error must be resubmitted so that they undergo a new validation.

Since 10:45 all systems at Skat has been more or less unavailable. Filetransfer has recently begun working again.

Use of fallback procedure is allowed until further notice.

Update at 13:48 - all systems are back up and running. Use of fallback procedure has passed.

The EORI validation is malfunctioning in e-Export and ICS, possibly other systems as well.

Resending the declaration (sometimes more than once) often solves the problem but now always.

Update on Nov. 11, at 11.40: The EORI validation is now stable. Unfortunately, new data cannot be processed at the moment, so NEW company registrations (since Nov. 10) cannot be validated. In these instances fallback procedure is still allowed.

The issues with EORI validation continues. At the moment, ICS, Manifest and Transit is experiences this error.

e-Export seems to be working now.

We are experiencing IT disturbances in all of SKAT whic affects telephone calls, system access internally, and file transfer.

The matter is being investigated.

Fallback procedure is allowed.

There are currently problems with EORI validation failing. We are troubleshooting.

Fallback procedure is allowed for these declarations, if the EORI is valid.

Update 13-09-2022 10:08: The problem has been solved. The use of fallback procedure is no longer allowed. Any ongoing fallback procedures can be completed.

Update at 15.52: Most Danish EORI numbers do work, but foreign EORI's doesn't. Fallback procedure is still allowed.

Update at 14.05: Most declarations can now be processed, but in some instances you need to insert a new expected time of departure before the declaration can be finalized.

Due to a validation issue with EORI Numbers, certain declarations cannot move beyond status 10 (and in some cases status 15) at the moment.

The matter is being investigated and we hope to have resolved the issue some time tomorrow.
