- Files sent to ICS and Manifest will fail/be rejected during the service window.
Online access:
- The online systems for Import and Export will be unavailable during the service window.
- The online systems for Import Control System (ICS) and Manifest will be unavailable during the service window.
The use of fallback procedure is allowed within the service window.
Manifest and Import 0800-1100 AM
Manifest
Arrival declarations/notifications and declarations/notifications to DK from other EU member states submitted to Manifest between 0800-1100 AM will be received, but processed final may be delayed due to the PRD-servicewindow.
Import
If you need to release goods arriving between 0800-1100 AM, it may be done by manual release in Import e.g. via the menu Navigate > Transport > Insert actual arrival. However, this only applies to goods that are customs processed in Import.
