Update on 25-04-2023

The changes to the Manifest system on Saturday, April 29, 223 will mostly affect departure notifications. The changes will take effect when the service window ends.
This means that for companies using file transfer for Manifest, the updated XSD-files must be used from the end of the service window.
If necessary, fallback procedure is allowed for Manifest and departure declarations until Sunday, April 30, 2023 midnight.
