The Tax Agency can’t refund a balance in your favour based on the claim for refund of dividend tax, as the information provided is insufficient. It may be because of wrong account information in the claim or maybe the account stated doens’t accept a transfer in Danish kroner.

Send us the correct information so we can make the refund.

Please note that you need the following when you make the claim:

    • Case no.
    • Correct bank information
      • Danish bank - name of bank, registration no. and account no.
      • Non-Danish bank - International account number (e.g. IBAN), bank identification number (e.g. BIC/SWIFT), bank's name and address
    • A completed Place of residence statement (for private individuals) or (for companies), or a Power of attorney

  • Your passport to identify yourself
  • A smart phone to download an app for identification
