There is currently issues with the FTPS/File transfer for the classic-systems Import Classic, NCTS Classic and possible Manifest.

We are currently working on resolving the issue and fall back procedure is allowed if necessarry.

We are aware of the issue and it is being investigated.

Its currently only affecting file transfer.

Fall back procedure is allowed where necessary. Do note that Online is not affected.

  • The online systems for Import Control System (ICS) and Manifest will be unavailable during the service window.

The use of fallback procedure is allowed within the service window.

Manifest and Import 0800-1100 AM

Manifest

Arrival declarations/notifications and declarations/notifications to DK from other EU member states submitted to Manifest between 0800-1100 AM will be received, but processed final may be delayed due to the PRD-servicewindow.

Import

If you need to release goods arriving between 0800-1100 AM, it may be done by manual release in Import e.g. via the menu Navigate > Transport > Insert actual arrival. However, this only applies to goods that are customs processed in Import.

After the Service Window the Online Client for Export on PRD will be updated automatically (2024-04-25 – TFE-servicewindow Export Thursday April 25, 2024 - info.skat.dk).

Companies using systems such as Citrix can download the updates in advance for both TFE (TEST) and PRD (Production) environments.
