  • Files sent to DMS Import/DMS Export/DMS Forsendelse will fail/be rejected during the service window.

Online access.

  • The online system for DMS Import/DMS Export/DMS Forsendelse will be unavailable during the service window.

 

Follow-up on

 

Affected entries need to be resubmitted after the service window.

You may only use the emergency procedure during the service window if absolutely necessary. For example, in the case of perishable goods. You must contact the relevant customs office if you need to use the emergency procedure.

Manifest

Arrival declarations/notifications and declarations/notifications to DK from other EU member states submitted to Manifest will be received, but processed final may be delayed due to the PRD-servicewindow.

Import

Import is available. Please refer to a Customs Office, if you need to register actual time of arrival during the service window.
