Import/Manifest

File access.

• Files sent to Import will be processed when the service window has passed.
• Files sent to Manifest will fail/be rejected during the service window.

Online access.

• The online systems for Import will be unavailable during the service window.
• The online systems for Manifest will be unavailable during the service window.

The use of fallback procedure is allowed within the service window.

Manifest/DMS Import/DMS Export

Due to the PRD-servicewindow, the connection between DMS Import/DMS Export and Manifest is closed. Submission of arrival declarations/notifications and declarations/notifications from other EU member states to Manifest are not recommended during the PRD-servicewindow.

Submission of arrival declarations/notifications and declarations/notifications from other EU member states to DMS Import/DMS Export are not affected.
