There are currently problems with some manifest departure declarations getting stuck in status 00.

As a temporary workaround, a script has been established daily at:

- 07:00

- 12:00

- 16:00,

where it pushes the departure declarations that get stuck in status 00 to status 09.

Please note that the "Last updated" on the declaration must be at least an hour old, so if it has gone into status 00 at 11:51, it will not be included until the evening at 16:00 at the earliest.

We therefore advise companies not to try to correct the declaration once it has gone into status 00, as this can "reset the timer" and thus there is a risk that the declaration will not be included in the automatic script.

We are still working on a solution to the problem.
