Currently we are experience some technical issue with some Polish custom offices.

The error has been identified on these customs offices: PL301040, PL301020,PL443020, PL303040 and can be experienced both in connection with start-up, completion and border crossing of shipments.

In connection with the completion of a shipment, it is recommended that the shipment are completed in fallback procedure, on paper.

If you experience the problem, you are welcome to contact the Danish customs office or the Customs Service Desk for advise.
