Service Window Import/Export/NCTS (Transit)/Import Control System (ICS)/Manifest

Wednesday April 3, 2024, 1800-2000

File access:

• Files sent to Import, Export and NCTS (Transit) will be processed when the service window has passed.
• Files sent to ICS and Manifest will fail/be rejected during the service window.

 

Online access:

• The online systems for Import and Export will be unavailable during the service window.
• The online systems for Import Control System (ICS) and Manifest will be unavailable during the service window.

 

After the Service Window the Online Client for Import on PRD will be updated automatically (2024-03-19 1558 – TFE-servicewindow Import Wednesday March 20, 2024 - info.skat.dk).

Companies using systems such as Citrix can download the updates in advance for both TFE (TEST) and PRD (Production) environments.

The use of fallback procedure is allowed within the service window.
