Due to the implementation of DMS Export and DMS Forsendelse there is Service Window Saturday July 29, 2023. DMS Import will be unavailable due to the Service Window.
After the Service Window DMS Export and DMS Forsendelse are available for use.
DMS Import Saturday July 29, 2023, 0700-2100
The Service window will be extended to 0700 - 2300
File access:
- Files sent to DMS Import will fail/be rejected during the service window.
Online access:
- The online system for DMP Import will be unavailable during the service window.
Customs Systems (Import Export NCTS (Transit) Import Control System (ICS) Manifest)
File access:
- File access to Import, Export and NCTS (Transit) will be available.
- File access to ICS and Manifest will be available.
Online access:
- Online access for Import and Export will be available.
- Online access for Import Control System (ICS) and Manifest will be available.
Please note that the connection between DMS Import and Manifest is closed. Submission of H7- declaration is not recommended.
Affected entries need to be resubmitted after the service window.
This also means that the connection between DMS Import and Manifest is closed, which is why submission of arrival declarations/notifications relating to H7 declarations is not recommended during the service window.
