We are currently experiencing inconsistencies with the Manifest portal (Online) after the 29.04.23 update. The issues can for the most part be resolved by clearing the browser data (cache) or pressing CTRL F5 while the manifest portal is open.
Alternatively, try using another browser until the issues has been resolved.
