We are currently experiencing issues with filetransfer for Import, e-Export and NCTS.

Files are being processed but with delay up to 1 hour.
The use of fallback procedure is allowed.


The problem is being investigated

Update at 14.46 - The FTP environment will be restarted and therefore unavailable for up to 15 minutes.

Update at 11:50 - Status unchanged on Export and NCTS. Troubleshooting continues.

Update at 10:36 - Status unchanged on Export and NCTS. Troubleshooting continues.

File transfer on Import is stable again

Online access to export and import is unaffected.
