Message

There will be a service window for customs systems on Saturday, October 8, 2022 between 15.15-19.15.

Systems concerned: Import, Export, NCTS (Transit), Import Control System (ICS) and Manifest

File access:

• Files for import, export and NCTS will still be received, but will only be processed after the service window
• Files for ICS and Manifest will be rejected and must be resent after the service window.

The use of fallback procedure is allowed during the service window.
