On October 1, 2022 Ukraine joined the transit convention. Therefore export to Ukraine is no longer a third country (type EX) but one of "certain 3. countries" and therefore type EU must be used.

Unfortunately, export declarations made before October 1 with estimated time of departure after, will fail. You will have to make a new declaration.
