Due to a database error, the Manifest system today requires ENS data for arrival declarations from Norway. This is of course a mistake and will be resolved as soon as possible. The workaround until then is to use the code 1FBP (fallback procedure) for Safety Information and the Document Reference should be INC000001300647.

When the error is corrected this workaround may no longer be used.

Update at 13.05: The error has been corrected and 1FBP should no longer be used.
