Message
Due to the implementation of "ICS2 for air freightt" a Service Window will be executed on on Saturday, November 4, 2023.
Some systems will be unavailable between 08:00-21:45 and others from 11:00-21:45.
DMS Import/DMS Export/DMS Transit
Saturday November 4, 2023 from 08:00-21:45
File access
- Files sent to DMS Import/DMS Export/DMS Forsendelse will fail/be rejected during the service window.
Online access
- The online system for DMS Import/DMS Export/DMS Transit will be unavailable during the service window.
Affected entries needs to be resubmitted after the service window.
The use of fallback procedure is allowed within the service window.
Please note that submission of H7- declarations is not recommended during the Service Window.
Customs Systems (Import Export NCTS (Transit) Import Control System (ICS) Manifest)
Saturday November 4, 2023 from 11:00-21;45
File access
- Files sent to Import, Export and NCTS (Transit) will be processed when the service window has passed
- Files sent to ICS and Manifest will fail/be rejected during the service window.
Online access
- The online systems for Import and Export will be unavailable during the service window
- The online systems for Import Control System (ICS) and Manifest will be unavailable during the service window
The use of fallback procedure is allowed within the service window.
