Update 27.09.23 19:35 - service window ended and fallback procedure will stop.

Please note that the service window is expected to end at 20.00 - not 22.00 as stated above.

File access:

  • Files sent to Import, Export and NCTS (Transit) will be processed when the service window has passed.
  • Files sent to ICS and Manifest will fail/be rejected during the service window.

 

Online access:

  • The online systems for Import and Export will be unavailable during the service window.
  • The online systems for Import Control System (ICS) and Manifest will be unavailable during the service window.

Please note, that the connection between DMS Import and Manifest is closed, which is why submission of arrival declarations/notifications relating to H7 declarations is not recommended during the service window.

The use of fallback procedure is allowed within the service window.
