-Files sent to ICS and Manifest will fail/be rejected.
-Files sent to DMS Import will fail/be rejected.
Online access:
-The online systems for Import and Export will be unavailable.
-The online systems for Import Control System (ICS) and Manifest will be unavailable.
-The online system for DMP Import will be unavailable.
-Sign in to Traderportal, EU-CTP and IPEP with UUM&DS will not be possible.
The use of fallback procedure is allowed within the service window.
