Message

Service window for all customs systems from Saturday, December 10 at 20.00 to Sunday, December 11, at 05.00.

File access:

• Files for import, export and NCTS (Transit) will be processed when the service window ends.
• Files for DMS Import, ICS and Manifest will be rejected during the service window.

Online access:

• There wil be no online access for any customs systems.
• The EU Trader Portal will be unavailable.

Fallback procedure is allowed during the service window.
