Servicevindue på Toldsystemer onsdag den 9. februar 2022 klokken 1800-2130.

Det betyder, at følgende systemer vil være utilgængelig i perioden:

• Import, Export, NCTS (Transit), Import Control System (ICS) og Manifest

Fil adgang:

• Filer til Import, Export og NCTS (Transit) kan stadig modtages men behandles først efter servicevinduets afslutning.
• Filer til Import Control System (ICS) og Manifest kan stadig modtages men behandles først efter servicevinduets afslutning.

Online adgang:

• Der er lukket for online adgang til Import og Export under servicevinduet.
• Der er lukket for online adgang til Import Control System (ICS) og Manifest under servicevinduet.

Onlineklienten til Export på PRD skal efter servicevinduet opdateres (se melding fra 2022-01-31 09:41).
Det sker automatisk.
Virksomheder, der anvender miljøer som fx. Citrix kan hente den nye Onlineklient til Export til både

• TFE (export_5.10.21-2-TFE) og
• PRD (export_5.10.21-2-PROD).

Nødprocedure kan anvendes i fornødent omfang under servicevinduet.

Service Window on all custom systems Wednesday February 9, 2022, between 0600 pm. - 0930 pm.

File access:

• Files sent to Import, Export and NCTS (Transit) will be processed when the service window has passed.
• Files sent to ICS and Manifest will be processed when the service window has passed.
  

Online access:

• The online systems for Import and Export will be unavailable during the service window.
• The online systems for Import Control System (ICS) and Manifest will be unavailable during the service window

After the Service Window the Online Client for Export on PRD (Production) will be updated automatically.
Companies using systems such as Citrix can download the updates in advance for both TFE (TEST) and PRD (Production) environments.

The use of fallback procedure is allowed within the service window.
