The lessor can see what information we have received from the business for the past income year.

We use the information when we generate tax assessment notices.

At the same time, we share the information with other public authorities such as Udbetaling Denmark, which needs the information in order to disburse e.g. pension or rent subsidy. If we do not have the information or we receive incorrect information, the tax assessment notice will be incorrect.

The lessor can find the information in E-tax - Individuals - ‘Skatteoplysninger’ (Tax information), by logging on to with their MitID.
